  • Successfully defending charges brought by ASIC under the Corporations Law arising from the collapse of HIH
  • Advising Westfield Group on competition law issues arising from the acquisition of shopping centre assets
  • Acting for Westfield Group in Parliamentary and ICAC Inquires into the Orange Grove shopping centre.
  • Acting in a number of equity proceedings and real property disputes in the Supreme Court.
