Bruce has had wide ranging experience for over 30 years as a commercial lawyer in commercial and corporate transactions, corporate governance issues, finance, insolvency and reconstruction, mergers and acquisitions, IT projects, commercial property projects, joint ventures and large scale commercial litigation.
