Professional Background
Peter Speed is a Director of Speed and Stracey Lawyers. He has over thirteen years of experience as a litigation lawyer and adviser. His areas of specialisation are competition law, commercial litigation and planning and environment litigation.

Peter's work practice has focused on advising large corporations on and acting in litigation for them on complex restrictive trade practices issues and consumer protection law.

He has also represented major clients in a range of other litigation matters, including tax, dumping duties and planning and environment, and has appeared in all courts ranging from the Land and Environment Court to the Supreme Court, Federal Court and the High Court.
