Daniel Wilkie found not guilty
SECOND ASIC PROSECUTION OF FAI'S DANIEL WILKIE FAILS On 13 October 2008 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales a jury acquitted our client, Mr Daniel Wilkie, the former Chief Operating Officer of FAI, of all charges laid against him in relation to FAI's financial results released at 31 December 1997. The 12 person jury found unanimously that Mr Wilkie was not guilty of the three separate charges which had been the subject of a six and a half week trial in the Supreme Court.

Mr P retires - for a second time!
On 6 February 2007 Wal Pendleton retired as the Office Manager of Speed and Stracey. He retired on his 82nd birthday and had been with us for over 20 years (see Law Society Journal, 19 March 2007).
